Where they live

Settings → Plan & Usage → Invoices.

Every charge has a PDF and a hosted page link. Forward the link to finance or download the PDF for your records.

Auto-email invoices

We email each invoice to the billing email on your organization (separate from your login email). Set it in Settings → Organization → Billing email.

Tax IDs

Add your company's VAT / GST / tax ID in Settings → Organization → Billing. It'll show on every invoice going forward.

Refunds and credits

Email billing@releaseo.io with the invoice number. Refunds within 14 days of a charge are processed automatically.
