Plan limits and usage

What's tracked

Every plan has a few numeric caps. The most-watched ones:

  • Active users (per month, identified users in your widget)

  • Help articles (active, non-archived)

  • Webhook destinations

  • PostHog destinations

  • Discord destinations

Where to see usage

Settings → Plan & Usage. Each cap shows a bar with current usage vs. limit, plus your runway based on the last 30 days.

Soft-cap warnings

You get an email + dashboard banner at 80% and 95% of any cap. Use that as a heads-up to upgrade before requests start failing.

What happens at the limit

  • Active users: existing identified users keep working, new ones can't be added.

  • Articles: existing articles stay live; new article creates return a clear "plan limit reached" error.

  • Webhooks / Discord / PostHog: existing destinations keep delivering; you can't add new ones.

You'll never lose data — caps just block new growth until you upgrade.
