1. Send changelog posts to Slack and Discord
Whenever you publish a new changelog entry in Releaseo, it can be posted automatically to your Slack and Discord channels. This keeps your whole team and your most engaged users instantly aware of new releases, fixes, and improvements without any manual copy and paste.
Connect your Slack workspace and/or Discord server in the Integrations settings.
Choose which channel should receive your changelog posts.
Publish a changelog as usual — Releaseo sends it to the connected channels automatically.
2. Send custom notification trigger messages
Notification Triggers let you send custom messages to Slack and Discord based on events you define. Instead of a generic alert, you can write your own message text so the right people get exactly the context they need, in the channel where they work.
Go to Notification Triggers and create or edit a trigger.
Select Slack and/or Discord as the destination.
Write your own custom message that will be sent when the trigger fires.
3. Forward feature requests to Slack and Discord
When a user submits a new feature request, Releaseo can send a message about it to Slack and Discord right away. Your product and support teams can react to incoming ideas quickly, discuss them in context, and never miss valuable feedback.
Make sure Slack and/or Discord are connected in your Integrations settings.
Enable feature request notifications for your chosen channel.
Each new feature request will then be posted to Slack and Discord automatically.
