Two small tools, big leverage.

Scheduling

When you compose a post, the publish button has a dropdown. Pick Schedule to pick a date and time. The post stays as a draft until the moment hits, then auto-publishes.

Best times to schedule:

  • Tuesday 10am local time — the highest open rates for product updates.

  • First weekday of the month — for monthly roundups.

Republishing

If you edit a post after publishing, hit Republish to update the live version. Users won't see a duplicate notification unless you opt-in.

Pinning

Pinning forces a post to stay at the top of the widget feed regardless of its publish date. Useful for:

  • A monthly roundup that should stay visible all month.

  • A big launch post during the first week.

  • A migration or breaking-change notice.

Only one post should be pinned at a time — pinning a second post unpins the first.
