Posts published but users don't see them
Symptoms
You hit Publish, the post shows as live in the dashboard, but users open the widget and don't see it.
The usual suspects
1. Audience targeting
If you set the audience to "Pro plan only", users who aren't Pro won't see it. Check the post's audience in the editor. Switch to "All users" temporarily to confirm.
2. Anonymous users
If you targeted a segment, anonymous (unidentified) users won't see the post. They only see posts with audience = "All users".
3. Cache
The widget caches the feed for ~60 seconds. Refresh after a minute.
4. Pinned post hiding it
If you pinned a different post, the freshly-published one shows up below the pinned one in the feed. Scroll down.
5. Post is actually a draft
The dashboard shows draft posts in the same list as published ones. Double-check the status badge in the post list view.
Quick fix
Test in incognito → identify as your own test user → open the widget. If you can see it, the bug is on the user's end (cache, adblocker, or auth).
