Manage your account and organization

Switch between applications and use the Organization console to manage applications, team access, roles, billing, audit history and deletion.

Releaseo separates your organization (the account that owns the subscription and the team) from its applications (the products you collect feedback and publish updates for). This article shows where to manage each.

Switch between applications

Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. The Workspace section lists your applications. Select one to make it the active application, and every page then works on that application. From the same section you can choose Create application or Organization console.

Open the Organization console

Select Organization console in the Workspace section of the account menu. The console is offered on plans that support multiple applications. On a single-application plan, you see a notice saying the console is available on multi-application plans, and you can upgrade to use it.

The console has its own navigation. Each section appears only if your role allows it:

  • Overview

  • Applications

  • Analytics (Organization analytics and Application analytics)

  • Team

  • Roles

  • Billing

  • Audit

  • Settings

Use Back to dashboard to return to your application.

Overview

The Overview page gives one view of applications, access, plan health and recent administrative changes. It shows counts for applications, active applications, suspended applications and team members, plus Billing summary, Usage attention and Recent administrative activity cards.

Applications

Open Applications to provision and inspect every application.

  1. Select Create application, enter an Application name and save. Creation depends on your plan's application capacity. If you've reached it, an Application capacity notice explains why.

  2. Use a row's actions to Open application, Make primary, Archive application or Restore application.

  3. Open an application's settings to rename it. The display name is used across Releaseo, while the internal slug doesn't change. You can also review teammate access there, and the application's plan usage and SDK health.

Archiving asks for confirmation. SDK ingestion, public surfaces, integrations and background jobs stop, and Releaseo keeps the application's data.

If your plan no longer covers all your applications, the page switches to a selection mode. The organization owner chooses which applications stay active, and the primary application is always included.

Team

On Team, assign a separate role for every application and control Organization console access independently.

  1. Start an invitation (the Invite teammate panel). Enter their first name, last name and email. You need permission to invite members.

  2. Optionally tick Allow organization console access and choose an Organization console role.

  3. Under Application roles, pick a role for each application, or No access.

To change an existing member, open their Access policy and select Save access policy. The account owner always has console access and the Owner role on every application. The server enforces each application role and console access separately.

You can also manage members from Settings, Team inside an application. That page has Members and Roles tabs and covers invitations.

Roles

Roles has two tabs:

  • Organization console roles control billing, team access, roles, cross-application analytics and audit.

  • Application roles control product permissions within each application. Roles are reusable profiles you can assign to different teammates. Pick an application to see which role each teammate has there.

You need to create an application before you can define application roles.

Billing

Billing shows your subscription and usage, with plan changes, invoices and the billing portal. See "Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan".

Audit log

Audit lists sensitive administrative changes across applications, access, roles, billing and live chat privacy actions. Each row shows the time, action, actor, application, source and details. Filter by Application, Action, Actor, From and To to trace a change. If nothing shows up, widen the date range or clear the filters.

Delete your account or organization

Deletions wait 24 hours before they become permanent, so you can cancel.

  • Delete account: in Settings, General, open the Danger zone tab. Type your email address and enter your password to confirm. Your sign-in stops working and you're removed from every organization you belong to. Organizations, applications and content you created stay with their teams.

  • Delete organization: only the organization owner can do this, from the Danger zone in Settings (in the console or in General). Type the organization name and enter your password. An active subscription blocks deletion; the warning links to Plan and usage so you can cancel first. Members who don't belong to another organization lose their Releaseo account.

While a deletion is scheduled, a countdown and Cancel deletion button are shown. Account sign-in without a password requires setting one with "Forgot password" first.
