The first screen users see when they open the widget is yours to shape.

Editable areas

  • Greeting. "Welcome back, {{name}}" — uses identify() data.

  • Subtitle. A line of context. "What's new this week" works well.

  • Featured card. Pin a changelog post, help article, or roadmap item to the top.

  • Quick actions. Up to 4 buttons (e.g. "Search help", "Submit an idea", "Talk to support").

Tone tips

  • Use your product's actual voice. If you're playful, be playful. If you're formal, be formal.

  • Lead with the most important thing this week — a new feature, a known issue, an event.

  • Keep it short. The home page is a teaser, not a wall of text.
